~~~ It Just Hit Me
Random Thought of this Day~~
Out and About today and seeing everyone all masked up ! I thought designing masks is and is about to be a huge biz, I saw one today with a vertical slit to sip a straw through, and then others that drape beautifully into/onto the neck.
For women, i predict the lipstick business to nosedive, I mean wont lipstick mess up the masks, become smudged and noone can see the lips now.
.......and then the mascara and eyelash/eyebrow business to boom....because now we will all be speaking with our eyes. The sensual come hither and batting of the eyelashes.
Now....forget the nose rings, they might just get caught up in the fabric = not cool.
For the guys...i wonder how the mustache/ goatee/beard thing is gonna work, will it be an irritant , will be be easier to be clean shaven.
Will men start wearing mascara , so that they can respond in kind to the come hithers....
Yup.....just some random thoughts of the day
I would love to hear some other randoms of this day ~~~
The pandemic has made it possible for people to walk into a store wearing a mask without people thinking that they are about to be robbed.
Please don't let me be misunderstood.
I wear a mask out here in SF when going to the store & have no issues with the scraggly beard. Sunglasses get fogged up but that's a whole different story.
A mask with a straw slit reminds me of those breastfeeding shirts with the hidden slit/drape!
I notice I've been winking at people more, since smiling is hidden.
See?? Tickle....thats what im saying....winking cuz the smile is hidden...ive become a nodder....nod my head alot. The mask with the slit.....wayyyy creative, i thought. Now, someones gotta come up with a horizontal slit , to eat and drink , i envision it has velcro on each side...ya lift up and velcro it to its corresponding side, so the food n drink dont soil it. This maskmaking biz is impt~~
Thanx for your thoughts...
Yes....as its been mandated in most places. Perhaps it will take some of the stigma away from the Black male entering a store with a mask on. Am hoping so....
And whenever I wear a mask with sunglasses on, the sunglasses steam up. 😎
Funny women are incredibly sexy!
Ahhh...thank you for answering abt the beard . I think this mask wearing will change alot in how we first encounter people. Its gotta be with the...eyes. Ya....lots of people talk abt the fogged glasses...i read that shaving cream helps. ~~ Thanks for stopping in..
I am planning to work on a full face mask that will eliminate people having to wear any make up at all. The lip stick and makeup will of course get on and require frequent washing so we eliminate that and you have the choice of being Madonna or John Wayne or Travolta
People will think it is Halloween everyday
What a novel idea....i think it will be a huge hit. Since it is now advised to cover the eyes too.....why not a full face mask. Let me know how it goes. I request Eartha Kitt please n thank you ~~
I wish someone would do something abt the fogging....many people have commented abt that. I only wear sunglasses and readers when needed and im sure the readers will become problematic when work returns.
I dont wear makeup either...just lips n mascara....with the masks, it will just be mascara from now on....as we will all be speaking with our eyes. The new normal~~
Thanks for stopping in...
Mask Wearing is an interesting phenomenon... although I have seen some interesting ones... I have always noticed eyes before... and I do like how expressive they are... I love looking into "smiling eyes"...
well......since this proves to be our new normal....there will be lots of smiling eyes for you to view, it seems. We will learn to speak with our eyes. Not a bad thing...me thinks.
Thanks for dropping by ...i enjoyed our talk ~~
